Note: Our centre is guided by the rules from the Registrar of Societies in Malaysia and each society needs to have their own set of constitutions. Our centre's constitution says that there should be 13 posts in the executive committee (Exco), who are voted by the members to hold office for a period of 2 years, taking charge on the day to day running of the centre. There will be an annual general meeting (AGM) every year to report/inform the members of the programmes done for the year and also to see if any one of the members have any complaints or ideas which the Exco may adopt for the benefit of the centre. Elections for a new set of executive community will be held once every two years.
